Abbe is a client of ours at Vital Spark, a perimenopausal entrepreneur hairstylist who spends about 10 hours a day on her feet, came in already lifting weights, eating clean, eating 1400-1500 calories per day, taking thyroid meds and HRT, and yet she felt STUCK in her body. 

 

That was about 10 months ago, and today she is a different person. So I’m very excited to pick Abbe’s brain on what does it take to see sustainable changes in your 50’s all while navigating a demanding schedule.
